Job Summary
The Dean is responsible for strategic leadership, management, and oversight for Health Sciences programs, including analyzing national and regional markets to determine trends and developing strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
Responsibilities include planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all education including programs and curriculum designed for online and hybrid education, assessing staffing needs, and creating, monitoring, and analyzing annual budgets.
The Dean works in collaboration with other Academic Deans to identify and obtain faculty participation in marketing and recruitment activities, offer appropriate programs and courses, develop schedules, and comply with accreditation standards.
