Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of non-merchandising procurement in terms of equipment purchasing, and vendor research and comparison.
Lead the negotiation for procurement price to ensure reasonable price with acceptable quality.
Take care and advise non-merchandise staffs and supervisors to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
