Job Summary

• Our purpose is to provide our Guests the opportunity to create memories and adventures in an Airstream that will last for generations and our team members with the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
• Assist Guests with buying decisions, help Guests select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements, and present and sell all makes and models of new and used units.
• This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

$62,400 - $121,200; Commissions and/or bonus opportunities; Health insurance, retirement plan, PTO

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous commission-based sales experience preferred
• Previous Guest service experience preferred
• RV experience preferred
• Valid insurable Class C Driver's License
