Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Several years of SAP service delivery experience
  • Experience with SAFe, ITIL, SIAM, LeanIT methodologies
  • Profound knowledge of SAP Solution Manager including ChaRM
  • Experience with ARIS, ServiceNow and JIRA
