Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years of industry experience
  • 3-5 years in Director of Production and Operations role
  • Experience overseeing operations across all three shifts
  • Strong background in P&L management
  • Extensive experience in assembly processes and automation systems
  • Expertise in managing high/low volume and high/low mix production
  • Ability to influence senior leadership
  • Hands-on experience with NPI
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Extensive experience in expansion and ramping up
