Responsibility include, ensuring all day to day tasks are complete and accurate, address questions and concerns from the trading desk and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Investment Operations
Knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred)
Ability to work with colleagues across geographic, organizational, and functional boundaries
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high pace/ high volume environment
