Job Summary

Greets individuals over the PBX in a professional, caring and courteous manner and provides receptionist service over the PBX, directing calls to the appropriate department or person.
Scans charts on discharged patients, ER treat and releases, out patients on a daily basis and performs Quality Assurance audits on scanned documents.
