The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial construction and project management, with strong communication and leadership skills. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and directing the overall strategic objectives involved in the development and acquisition of land to include feasibility analysis, establishing scope and developmental schedules, and leadership for all activities related to the client’s real estate development projects.
  • Manage and lead a team of architects, civil, structural, electrical engineers & more to confirm the economic and zoning viability of a land site.
