Job Summary

  • This position exists to ensure that the LSC Store offers its stakeholders high quality customer service by providing friendly and accurate information and professional services along with the use of appropriate electronic resources to assist customers.
  • This position works directly with people form diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and fully supports the College’s commitment to equity and inclusion.

Key Requirements

  • English sufficient to speak, read, understand and respond

  • Ability to use customer service skills on the phone, in person and online
  • Ability to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods
