Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, health care, human resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of communications, marketing, human resources, employee engagement, change management and/or consulting experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Employee and Labor Relations, labor communications and bargaining processes, and HR operations preferred
  • Experience in supporting employee engagement, building culture and/or change management during large-scale complex people, technology or process changes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
