  • Responsibilities include ensuring compliance of all assigned suppliers to US Foods requirements regarding food safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and conducting vendor facility risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Food Safety Quality experience
  • B.S. in applicable field of science or commensurate degree
  • PCQI/HACCP certified
  • Working knowledge with FDA (FSMA) & USDA regulatory requirements
  • 2 years experience in food manufacturing environment
