Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects
At least 5 years in utility relocation management
Proven experience managing large-scale design-build or P3 projects
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
