Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Develop and maintain OPLAN/OPORD packages
Produce FRAGORDs and annex updates
Format orders in accordance with doctrine
Conduct country and terrain analysis
Coordinate with military personnel and exercise designers
Maintain version control and document management
Conduct quality control reviews
Nice-to-have
Experience serving on division or higher staff
Experience serving as a warfighting function trainer
Key Requirements
Field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major experience
Key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
Command and Control warfighting function expert experience
