Job Summary
Deliver prudent and equitable claims decisions within expected service turnaround time.
Collaborate closely with underwriters, actuarial and other business units to ensure accurate claims processing and adherence to service level agreements.
Participate in new product launches by assisting claims SME in reviewing product specifications, policy documents, and UAT test plans.
