The successful candidate will lead all legal matters including drafting Private Placement Memorandums, Limited Partnership Agreements, and handling cross-border arrangements.
As the primary point of contact with regulators like MAS, the incumbent must ensure ongoing compliance with CMS license requirements and international standards.
