The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision and in accordance with established standards and facility policies.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, noting and reporting errors, and maintaining a positive working relationship with healthcare professionals.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to maintain professional standards and resident care.
