Job Summary

• The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company’s various departments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks.
• Manage global trademark portfolio, draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements, contracts, and other legal documents for the business units within the group.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
