  • Primarily responsible for supervising catch operations, and scheduling drivers and loads to meet production schedules.
  • Supervise truck drivers, weigh masters and truck shop personnel, and compile daily and weekly reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety program, as well as DOT and D7I compliance, and enforce all USDA and animal welfare guidelines.
