Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Employer Branding
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, Media, HR, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Proven experience in video editing and multimedia storytelling
Excellent storytelling, content writing, and narrative-building skills
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive projects independently
