Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, Media, HR, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
  • Proven experience in video editing and multimedia storytelling
  • Excellent storytelling, content writing, and narrative-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive projects independently
