Must-have
4 years Quality/GMP Manufacturing experience
Review and approve batch production records
Monitor GMP operations in device assembly
Lead quality culture initiatives with staff
Direct contact with production stakeholders
Nice-to-have
Scientific degree in Life Sciences
Experience with SAP or TrackWise software
Affinity with digital innovation and data sciences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Participation in Lean Transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
High school + 4 years Quality/GMP experience OR Associate's + 2 years OR Bachelor's + 6 months
Knowledge of GMP/GCP operations in regulated industry
Direct experience with raw material receipt and inspection
Ability to complete tasks autonomously with high accuracy
