Job Summary
The mission of the ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN is to contribute to the best service, ensuring customer satisfaction while respecting safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs at customer sites within the designated area, as well as providing technical assistance and diagnostics on forklifts.
The ideal candidate possesses a technical diploma or qualification in electronics and/or mechanics, a forklift driving certificate, basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and at least two years of relevant experience.
