  • The successful candidate will contribute to delivering analytical solutions that enable and accelerate process and product development to ensure safety and quality of our products.
  • Responsibilities include: Working within an interdisciplinary team of scientists to perform and support bioinformatic analysis of biomanufacturing processes across diverse pipeline programs.
  • The salary range for this role is $119,100.00 - $187,500.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

  • Next Generation Sequencing applications

  • Unix/Linux OS and Bash scripting

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. or M.S. with 4+ years experience or B.S. with 7+ years experience
  • Experience with CHO genome assembly, transcriptomics, comparative genomics
  • Strong programming experience (R, Python, Nextflow)
  • High performance computing and cloud environments experience
  • Experience with one or more NGS methods and technologies
