This position oversees the Capital Improvement and Facilities Maintenance Sections, supervising staff and coordinating contracted design and construction services for new capital improvements and major renovations.
A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered for eligible candidates, contingent on funding availability.

Key Requirements

Four years progressive construction or facility maintenance experience

Valid US driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days
Associate’s degree with six years progressive experience as alternative qualification
