• The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications, ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.
• Responsible for acting as a trusted Workday advisor, you will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot configuration, and provide feature demonstrations.

Key Requirements

• 5 years of IT implementation experience
• 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification in HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation
• Ability to gain thorough understanding of Workday concepts
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements
