Base: 240,000 USD - 315,000 USD; Bonus: Annual bonus plan based on performance; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200

Must-have
10-15 years technology leadership experience
Leading 250+ global engineering teams
Expertise in AI, ML, and NLP technologies
Experience with consumer web and mobile platforms
Deep knowledge of content publishing systems
Nice-to-have
Background in digital media or news environments
Experience with video streaming workflows
Proven track record in personalization engines
Strong stakeholder management at executive level
Key Requirements
10-15 years as a Technology leader
