Job Summary

  • This position exists to provide excellent occupational therapy services.
  • The purpose of this position is to implement therapy programs for patients referred to the system as well as providing health and wellness education.
  • Documents initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment, education and discharge summaries within compliance of BH Rehab policies.
