Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Transport Planning, Engineering Management Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred
  • Experience in conducting institutional assessments
  • Proven ability to plan and facilitate workshops
  • Strong report writing and communication skills (English)
