Job Summary

• The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the division’s construction, purchasing, starts, and warranty functions to ensure successful home delivery, strong customer satisfaction, efficient community launches, and achievement of financial and operational goals.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards, while monitoring key performance indicators including cycle time, start accuracy, schedule adherence, quality performance, warranty outcomes, and margin impact.
• Oversee customer care and warranty operations to ensure responsive service and a positive homebuyer experience, establishing, monitoring, and improving customer care policies, procedures, and service standards.
