Job Summary

  • Work closely with Senior Management, Clients, Team Leaders, RMs and internal stakeholders to formulate and execute strategic and tactical planning.
  • Responsible for managing market’s teams and Relationship Managers to increase Assets Under Management (“AUM”) and Net New Money (“NNM”).
  • Lead and guide Team Leaders/RMs to identify strengths and weaknesses and improve their competency and professionalism.
