Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years mobile crane operator experience
  • NCCCO or equivalent certification required
  • Certified Rigger and Signalperson credential
  • Valid Class A CDL with good driving record
  • Ability to perform physical lifting tasks
  • Willingness to work off-shift and weekends

Nice-to-have

  • Experience operating lattice and lock pin booms
  • Prior aerospace industry background preferred
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification desired
  • Experience with air-bearing carts
  • Deep crane/rigging operations planning abilities

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • NCCCO certification (LBT, LBC, TSS, TLL)
  • Certified Rigger and Signalperson status
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral access
  • U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status
