Job Summary
This leader provides strategic direction, management, and oversight to the Digital Production team, ensuring creative concepts and assets are effectively translated into high‑quality digital media deliverables.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide full, daily management and leadership for assigned professional staff, including hiring, onboarding, staff development, coaching, and performance management.
