Job Summary
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring professional nursing care and treatment is afforded to patients within medical policies and protocols and is consistent with Board of Nursing requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, direct supervision of all nursing staff, staff schedules, assignments, orientation, performance improvement evaluations and clinical competency evaluations.
