Job Summary
This position exists to provide excellent physical therapy services, evaluating patients, establishing and implementing a plan of care, and providing health and wellness education.
Essential job functions include evaluating physical and functional status, documenting evaluations and progress, educating patients and families, and identifying patient safety issues.
The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy and stressful environment.

Key Requirements
