The Transplant team cares for Solid Organ Transplant patients across all levels of care including Acute Care, Progressive Care, and Critical Care.
This unit presents a unique opportunity for nurses to advance and broaden their experience within the same unit and team.

Manage patient care for transplant unit
Supervise nursing care team members
Coordinate patient discharge planning

Experience in relevant care setting preferred
Advance experience within same unit
Broaden experience with biopsy suite
Key Requirements
Degree in Nursing from CCNE or ACEN accredited program
