Job Summary

  • This position acts as a front-line consultant and administrator that works collaboratively with employees and managers to align human resources processes and solutions to meet business needs.
  • The person in this role will partner with business leaders across MarketStar, providing support and guidance to managers and employees regarding leaves of absence and job accommodations, employee relations coaching, performance management, talent processes, policy and procedures, and HR data management.
