  • This role requires driving key initiatives across performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and policy design while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • The successful candidate will partner with Labor & Employment Counsel to resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
