Job Summary

  • Our Valuation and Modelling practice comprises a team of talented professionals from across the globe coming from diverse horizons including leading asset managers, corporate development teams, world largest consulting and audit firms and dedicated valuation boutiques.
  • You will carry out various assignments for valuation and modelling advisory across different industries and situations, prepare detailed financial modelling and business plans, assess valuations prepared by others, and produce outstanding deliverables for our clients.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Financial modelling in Microsoft Excel
  • Valuation methodologies application
  • Financial statement analysis IFRS US GAAP Lux GAAP
  • Valuation of financial instruments and structured products
  • Client advisory on complex financial structures
  • Preparation of business plans and financial analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual abilities including German and French
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify complex messages
  • Managing multiple timelines
  • Sense of humor appreciated

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 2–4 years professional experience in Valuation and Modelling
  • Experience in Big Four or specialist advisory firms
  • Exposure to private capital alternative investments
  • Progressing toward professional finance or accounting qualification
  • Proficiency in English; German and French strong assets
