Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, assisting with hiring processes, coordinating schedules, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
  • The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work independently, and relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals.
