Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-3 years software development experience
  • 1 year RAG or Agentic AI system development
  • Advanced Python programming with async/multiprocessing
  • Experience with LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration
  • Knowledge of vector databases and context engineering
  • Strong software engineering principles and clean code

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for language models and latest research
  • Experience with hierarchical or collaborative agent architectures
  • Skills in LLM monitoring and automated evaluation
  • Deep theoretical knowledge of Transformer architecture
  • Experience with n8n automation platform
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Azure cloud
  • Docker and Kubernetes containerization skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant software development experience
