Must-have

  • 3 years of related experience with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Advanced mathematical and reasoning ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction tools
