Key Requirements
2 years manufacturing/production support experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Mechanical aptitude and production equipment familiarity
Clear verbal and written communication
Basic data analysis and production metrics proficiency
Working knowledge of root-cause tools
Experience with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma
Experience with PLCs, HMI, electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with quality systems
Experience supporting automated lines/robotics
Project management and cross-functional collaboration
