Job Summary

  • The Senior CNC Programmer creates CNC code to produce medical devices on CNC equipment utilizing CAD/CAM software or manual programming methods during Process Development or Process Improvement for use in a Production environment.
  • A $2500 sign-on bonus is available for the Senior CNC Programmer in our Addison location.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop and optimize production programs
  • Create and maintain production documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve setup issues
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers
  • Advanced inspection techniques and systems

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring and training machinists
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) development
  • Investigate and develop custom tooling
  • Basic project management skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC-related experience
  • Minimum 5 years CAM experience
  • Heidenhain and/or hyperMILL experience preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
