  • Previous large scale venue experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications terminology, installations, Cat5 wiring, ISDN and IP protocols, and videoconference theories
  • Ability to read exhibitor blueprints of phone connections
  • Ability to coordinate, program, and assign phone/IP numbers
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC and basic printer issues
  • Ability to operate modern office equipment, motor vehicles, and radio devices
