Proactively identify and understanding emerging trends and drivers of customer behaviour to make recommendations and implement actions to optimise Grand Central’s Revenue Management & Marketing activity.
Assist the Commercial Analysis Manager in Delivery of full Revenue and Demand forecasting processes to Grand Central, assisting in maintaining a detailed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
