Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent monitoring of resident conditions, accurate documentation of vital signs and intake, and immediate reporting of any accidents or changes in health status.

Must-have
