13th month salary; Individual savings contribution (BIS) 3.5%; 8% holiday pay

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years relationship management experience
  • Deep knowledge of UHNW and Family Office segments
  • Strong network in semi-institutional financial markets
  • Expertise in asset liability management and corporate finance
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages

Nice-to-have

  • CFA certification or equivalent advanced qualification
  • Experience with sustainable investment strategies
  • Ability to coach and lead senior colleagues
  • Proven track record in innovative product development
  • Willingness to obtain specific WFT certifications

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in institutional banking
  • Academic level education required
  • Valid WFT diplomas (Basis, Vermogen) preferred
  • MIFID Adviseren maatwerk certification preferred
  • CFA qualification is a plus
