Job Summary
This role provides strategic leadership in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of new and ongoing initiatives for research at Peter Mac.
The position is responsible for leading the identification of nursing research priorities, grant development, and collaboration with researchers and nursing leadership teams.

Base: $180,330.80 - $260,000 AUD p.a.; Benefits: Up to $11,660 salary packaging; Leave: 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% loading

Must-have
PhD in nursing research or relevant area
Track record of successful research publications
Demonstrated ability to obtain competitive grants
Experience supervising postgraduate students
Strong strategic planning skills for research
Nice-to-have
Master of Nursing Practice or Advanced Nursing Practice
Experience in acute public health service
Collaborative national and international research experience
