Must-have
5+ years ethics or compliance experience
Experience in multinational matrixed organizations
Proven success leading end-to-end investigations
Strong knowledge of COI management frameworks
Ability to leverage AI for reporting and analysis
Nice-to-have
CCEP or LPEC certification preferred
CFE, CIA, or JD qualification a plus
Championing speak-up culture and transparency
Experience with M&A integration activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in ethics, compliance, risk, audit, or legal
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
Minimum 3 years program management experience in regulated environments
CCEP or LPEC certification preferred; CFE, CIA, or JD a plus
