The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Responsibilities include medication administration, charting, care plan review, staff supervision, safety and sanitation monitoring, and participation in staff development and quality assurance programs.
