Demonstrate strong site problem-solving and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders. Apply solid engineering expertise in electrical design, including thorough knowledge of building services codes and standards. Ensure material quality and installation workmanship by suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with the ISO Quality Plan. Coordinate, monitor, and control suppliers’ materials, equipment, and subcontractors’ installation quality. Prepare shop drawings and manage drawing coordination with relevant disciplines. Develop work schedules and attend client, consultant, and internal coordination meetings. Assist the Project Manager in daily operations in line with the master project schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Maintain effective coordination with the main contractor to minimize rework and site issues. Control site materials and equipment usage to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to prevent delivery delays affecting project progress. Inspect works and materials to identify and rectify non-conformance, preventing defects. Explore and implement new technologies and installation methods to enhance productivity. Monitor site progress closely and communicate clear instructions to suppliers and subcontractors.
